What you need to know

Both edges are quarter-circle arcs, so each turns through 90 degrees. A quarter-circle arc has length L = pi x r / 2. Rearrange this to r = 2L / pi.

Tip 1

Use 942.48 mm for the inside arc and 1,884.96 mm for the outside arc.

Tip 2

Multiply each arc length by 2, then divide by pi.

How to solve it

Inside radius = (2 x 942.48) / pi = 600 mm.

Outside radius = (2 x 1,884.96) / pi = 1,200 mm.
